Refund policy

Zodaca Return Policy

You may return your unwanted purchased items to us for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date for an exchange or a full refund to your original payment method as described in this Return/Exchange Policy and as determined by Zodaca (“us”). Unless otherwise indicated on the item or item packaging, products sold by Zodaca are covered by the following Return/Exchange Policy:

  1. Applicable item(s) must be received by us within 30 days from the purchase date, with the applicable Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number.

  2. Applicable item(s) must be in new and resaleable condition, unless reasonably determined by us that the item is not resaleable due to our negligence or item defect.

  3. You are solely responsible for all shipping and handling costs and fees for the item(s) unless the item is determined by us to be defective.

  4. If the item is damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us immediately and provide us photos of the damaged/defective item along with your RMA request.

  5. Zodaca in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether an item is defective or not in resaleable condition.

    We recommend using a trackable method (at your cost) to return your items. Bright Creations will not be responsible for items sent but not received by us.

  7. Items must be with all tags and labels still attached. Requests to us must include the following:

  8. RMA number, which you can seek to obtain by contacting our Customer Service department at contact@zodaca.com. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging;

  9. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.);

  10. UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC barcode voids any possibility of return/exchange;

  11. All accessories that came with the item (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.);

  12. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.); and

  13. Original packing slip / print-out of order confirmation.

Dirty and Pet Products

Any items that are returned dirty or containing fur will be refused a return/exchange and no refund will be given.

Toy Products

Returned toy products will be refused a return/exchange and no refund will be given if they contain any scratches, dirt, or sign of usage.  These items may not be glued, adjusted, or tampered from its original form.

Apparel Products/ Fashion Accessories

Items must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged, or will be refused a return/exchange and no refund will be given

Seasonal Products

Seasonal products, including costumes, must be returned/exchanged within 15 days of invoice or purchase date. Exchanges/Returns for seasonal products will only be accepted for incorrect shipment by us or defects.

Manufacturer's Warranties

Zodaca does NOT offer any returns or the like on any products under any manufacturer's warranty policy unless products Please contact the product's manufacturer directly for warranty details.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund, exchange, or similar request if it does not comply with the terms of this policy.
